Form I-693 is used to report results of a medical examination to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The examination is required to establish that applicants who are seeking immigration benefits are not inadmissible to the United States on public health grounds.
Dr. Manuel Mascareñas, Medical Director (English & Spanish)
Dr. Vicki Kalen, Civil Surgeon (English & Spanish)
Center’s approved by USCIS Department of Home Land Security, we offer the medical examination (Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) that is required by the Immigration Department. We take pride in our quick and accurate services.
Most of Our Centers offer all immunizations that they may require so they can avoid waiting in long lines at other health offices.
In some cases where a chest x-rays is required, it can be done "in house" or at a nearby facility that is affordable and can take patients on a "walk in basis" with same day results for patients' convenience.
Our goal is to help make this important process easy and more affordable for our patients.
